Please note that I'm still looking for response to Incident: 180601-000011 to renew my NCARB record for more than 1 month, I tried to call NCARB customer service directly without any hope, no one is picking the phone, more than 10 times, when the answer machine is asking to press star for an agent, the call is always discontinued. Note that I'm calling from outside the US. Is it restricted. This is very disappointing and frustrating.
