Impossible/invalid questions - what happens?

    NK - If you have concerns about a specific question you saw on your test, then definitely contact NCARB Customer Service with as much information about it as you can remember.  See page 17 of the ARE 5.0 Guidelines.  The Examination team here at the office will review the question and determine if there's an error. If there is an error, then NCARB would review if/how it would affect scores.

    The Review and Challenge process described on page 24 of the Guidelines is different from what you're asking - no, you don't need to initiate that process based on what you've posted here.

    Michelle- Thanks! I did pass my exam, so of course (even if my state allowed it, and they don't), I wouldn't have challenged the questions. PPD was really a beast of an exam, so I was concerned that even if it didn't affect the outcome for me, a bad question or two could have affected other test takers who were close to passing, but didn't. I will follow up with NCARB customer service this afternoon, giving more specific info.
