Once again I write to describe that ARE 5.0 exams have severe IT problems. 30mins into the exam all NCARB test takers in my Prometric center's tests crashed. After waiting 60mins they tried to restart us and 2mins later we all crashed again. We were all issued ticket numbers and told to call and reschedule our exams cause the issue could not be solved that day. I have called Prometric, they said it would take 7 days to review the problem. I called NCARB and they said they have to wait for Prometric. Yet, today I got my score sheet for an exam I didnt even get 1/4 into and of course said failed. I called NCARB again to say that this should not even count, I didnt get to take or finish the exam and would like to reschedule as soon as possible. They once again took all my info and said they would be in touch. The still have not been in touch and I am very concerned this will count against me and I will have to wait 60 days to take a test I barely started and it will count towards the 3 fails in one year, which I am already at due to the last time I tested the exam crashed as well and I lost 30mins of testing time. This is absurd, they need to fix this, refund our money, and let us retest immediately. No other test has this amount of negative feedback and bad customer service.
