    Hey Michelle,

    This is an interesting suggestion.  We are already doing some of this and will continue to track pass rates on both versions, but I would warn against using one as a predictor of the other.  They are different exams with different organization of content, item types, etc.  There is also limitation to the usefulness of the data on "where people stand" -- any new candidate now is automatically an ARE 5.0 candidate and ARE 4.0 candidates have until June 30 to complete ARE 4.0 or transition.  We'll work on it though.
