Rights to drawings ?

Let’s say I’m an architect and I decide to join with a friend who’s also a license architect as we both design a house can I take those drawings to build another house or can my friend take it since we both work on ?

I understand that if the owner of a firm own the drawings you need permission but what if we both own the drawings

Example: if we both have a joint venture and created a third firm if we are both liable for the risk but we separate and take the drawing to built another house can that be allowed or do we still ask for permission even though we both work on them Or if we do

“partnership firm”but let’s say we decide to separate for an argument who has the rights to take their drawings if we both work on them can we both take the drawings and build the same house Or

Design build bridging If the designer architect makes the drawing can the production architect take their drawings to built another house or can the design architect take their drawings I image in this case someone should give permission? I’m just trying to understand a little more about who has more legal rights on this cases I hope I’m not so confusing and someone can explain some of them thank you
