Is the NCARB system designed to only allow scheduling one exam at a time?

I sent an email to NCARB Tue 9/16/2025 9:42 It’s now Friday, 9/19/2025, so more than 72 hours have passed without receiving a reply.  I am unable to schedule PA and PDD. I have already passed three exams and have an appointment scheduled for PPD in November.  My goal was to take PA shortly after, but the interface does not permit me to reserve appointment slots for them.  Also, I would like to prepay for the remaining exams. However, the interface is not allowing me to purchase the necessary seat credits.  Please advise on how I can proceed with prepaying for my remaining exams so that I can schedule them after my PPD appointment.

  Have you gotten this fixed? I am having the same issue now in February 2026.
