Provisional Feedback and Score Report

Is there a reason why we can no longer skip past the provisional feedback? I usually like to see my score in its entirety. Not a Fail then having to anxiously wait a week to get the report.

 Also why do the  score reports take 7-10 days. I had some instances in the past where they came 2-3 days later? With everything being on the computer I would fee like things would be a quick turnaround.
