Yesterday I took the PPD exam, but the new format with the big "PASS" or "FAIL" message at the end didn't appear. I only saw the final guidelines and the "End Exam" button. Has anyone else experienced this?

  This exact thing happened to me when I took PPD at the end of May. I sent an email to customer support, I was going crazy not knowing if I passed as it was my last exam! They were of course no help, and told me to just wait for the official report in 7-10 days. I would say go ahead and submit something to customer service, so they are aware of the issue.
