Failed Construction and Evaluation Twice
I failed C&E twice. I don't know how this happened, but, I did better on my first attempt than the second. My scaled score was 496 (first try) and then 461 (second try).
My weakest content areas are namely Construction Observation and Administrative Procedures & Protocols. Are there any tips or study material to get better at answering the questions in these sections?

Have you studied the technical content (PPD, PDD) yet? Humans are machines for putting things in categories. Those who know nothing about this division believe it to be a technical exam because of its name. Those who talk to others believe it to be a pro practice exam because of its focus on contracts, warranties, pay applications, etc.. but those who sit for this exam know that it is 2/3 pro practice and fully 1/3 technical.
