For CE: A201 is your top source. AHPP is good to pair and understand how items are worked out in construction, who is responsible for what, and how to handle situations where oddities and disagreements will arise and understanding what is apart of the architect's scope, standard of care, etc. Understand how bidding, construction admin, project closeout, some code (clearances, egress), and what could be required post-closeout of the architect (Post-Occupancy Evaluation, follow ups with owner, etc).

For PJM: AHPP and the AIA contracts (B101 especially) are the sources to rely on. Scheduling, project logistics, and understanding what is included in architect's scope and expected under each project phase is critical to grasp the concepts of this exam. Be aware of what is required at each stage of a project's life cycle in order to bring it from concept to completion.

abruno168 Thanks for sharing! Could you also provide some insights on PCM?

YYHUANG no problem! For PCM, similar to PJM: AHPP and AIA contracts are going to be your primary resources to study. I would reference the ARE 5.0 Reference Matrix (p.112) to see the full extent of relevant materials for each exam.

For this trio of exams, there's overlap in relevant materials with contracts and the AHPP, but each one has different focuses so it's good to know what additional or supplemental materials you will want to reference in studying.
