Preliminary Test Results Not Provided

I've just completed my pcm exam. After my time ran to 0 I was only provided a blank screen and the option to exit. The proctor ended my exam and I was provided no option to view my Preliminary Result. I tried to follow the instructions I saw here but no such buttons were available to me. I clicked the Exit button after a while since it was the only button available. Yikes!

I'm not really sure why I'm posting other than to vent, since I'd rather not wait through this upcoming holiday weekend to have my results. Has anyone had success getting access to their preliminary results after a glitch in the proctoring system? PSI Support has no ability to read you your preliminary result on the phone, insisting that all results have already been sent and are confidential to NCARB. They were happy to give me an hour of run-around through their various tech support departments before confirming that, though.
