Issue with PSI online
Hi everyone..
I have been consistently experiencing issues with the PSI online exam system. Each time I complete the environment check and wait for the proctor to release my exam, the exam page never loads—regardless of how long I wait.
I previously took the PPD and PA exams about six months ago under the same conditions, using the same laptop and internet connection, without any issues. However, when I attempted to take the PDD exam last month, I encountered this recurring problem.
I am currently based in Hong Kong, and unfortunately, the local test center here does not support PPD or PDD exams. I'm unsure if this is due to the longer duration of these exams.
At this point, I am unsure what else I can do and would greatly appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue.
Has anyone encounter same issue?

I had exactly the same issue, wasted around 2 hours trying to initiate the exam. PSI technical support just give me the case(s) number where NCARB provided new exam seat but On-Site.
I did one exam year ago w/o issues. It could be a new issue for those outside US due to internet address? I'm not sure.
