No preliminary results possibly due to error during test?

Took my PJM test today, during the case study questions I used one of the built in hyperlinks to jump to a section of the document, it completely broke the testing portal. It sent me to some error page saying the URL was blocked, called the proctor over immediately, they closed it, logged back in with whatever test id/code I had. The test, much to my relief, picked up right where it broke and I was able to finish with plenty of time left on the clock. But at the end of the test I followed the prompts to see the preliminary results and it just led to a screen telling me it will be 7-10 days for the results. Anyone ever have an error like this? Could the error maybe be pushing the test to be reviewed by NCARB and not showing any preliminary pass/fail? Wondering if this error is going to force me to retake the exam, which would be such BS as it was their testing portals fault anyway. I'm playing the waiting game now, figured I would post and see if anyone else experienced this sort of error.
