I would highly recommend Hyperfine for this content. It's affordable and the videos do an excellent job of walking you through financial items you may see on the PcM and PjM exam.

I have quite a good experience with the Financial Management part of the PcM, as I've worked for the PcM since January. If you reach out via leventkulacoglu@gmail.com, I'll gladly help you sort it out.

    Kiara,

Yes i have taken the practice test and it does not have questions similar to the ones on the test regarding the profit ratio or financial questions I'm looking for. Also, I have taken the test more than one time and the questions have not been updated since last year 08/2024.

Thank you for the feedback, Aibarra8537. We are continuously reviewing our practice questions to ensure that the content is relevant and in alignment with the ARE 5.0 Guidelines. If something hasn't been updated for some time, it does not mean that it is incorrect or outdated; it just means that is still applicable to the exam today :)

If you have any concerns about the content in our study materials, don't hesitate to reach out to support@blackspectacles.com. We want to make sure that you are confident in the information you are learning and can use them to their full potential to pass the exams!
