No test paper release after the admission

Hello everyone,

I am experiencing an issue with the online test. After passing the environment (admission) check and waiting for the proctor to release my test, there has been no response even after waiting for more than 10 minutes. I encountered the same issue yesterday during my run-test. I contacted PSI's IT department and tried several troubleshooting methods, including reloading the page, restarting my PC, restarting the router, and even switching from a desktop to a laptop. None of these methods worked, and the issue persists after completing the environment check, with no test page being released. Notably, I previously took my online tests for PPD and PA using the same settings, in the same room, and with the same laptop, and I did not encounter any problems.

Just wanna ask if anyone had ever got the same issue? 

I really don't know what else I can do. Could I ask NACRB to get my credit back?
