Exam Prep Recommendations
-
Hi there, I passed PPD on Saturday! It was my 3rd time on this Exam, I did switch from Architects Exam Prep. to Amber Book for those two after not passing the first time. It was the right decision, my colleagues from work all recommended it. My only advice besides Amber Book, read all the Flashcards they have great information and tips, for PPD read the flashcards for PA too.

Architects Exam Prep has the best questions. Their questions help you understand and memorize the key concepts, and they are very easy to read and understand. Amber Book was good, too. Its questions are similar to those on the exam.
I don't like We Are. I used it for two exams, and it did not help me. I think their questions are not well written. however, I like the website's layout and it is phone and iPad-friendly. After a couple of exams, I didn't feel like I needed the exam "vibe" or "layout" when I was answering questions, I wanted to be waiting in a waiting room or something similar and be able to open my phone and easily answer questions about key concepts while waiting. This is all about what works for you and what is your previous experience... my advice is, do not stop trying other options, I passed PPD for the third time after using all 3 apps, but suddenly the flashcards filled in information that I felt I was missing.
