Why is the highlighted option in the PPD Practice test question an answer

Sorry in advance if I am not supposed to post images of the practice test, but why would we raise the temperature of the affected interior surface of the building's exterior walls? I was under the impression if anything we would want to lower the temperature differential between indoors and outdoors to stop the condensation- the other two selections make complete sense. Thanks in advance.

  higher air temperature can hold more moisture

  Warmer interior surface of the exterior wall prevents water vapor in the room to condensate on the wall.  If the wall surface is cold, then, the water vapor will condensate.
