PSI internet down, exam to be rescheduled

I was at Union city, CA waiting for exam for Programing and Analysis. The center could not fix the Internet failure problem and sent us all home after signing a form. I was told to call PSI end of day so I did it. The experience was not so pleasant. I spelled NCARB and ARE exams for them but they said they cannot find architectural exam. Instead, they found CSI and landscape architect, but just no regular ARE. I have not seen any questions and wonder if I can get a free re-schedule. Speaking to PSI is mildly frustrated, and if you need any proofs, I am happy to assist.

Update: call them twice, they are trying to get my psi candidate ID or exam confirmation which ARE exam does not include them. Giving them NCARB record id does not work either. Were there any past exam confirmation code online so I can call back to link the exam?

Can you stop using PSI? The PSI customer service can’t even find NCARB. I am waiting for the test center to give me a ticket number but they can’t even make any decision… because I do not have a PSI account. Can you investigate and make this a case?
