Project Management
Hello,
Which AIA contracts will be on the PjM exam?
Thanks
-
Basically, are the same contracts than in Practice Management, just they focus on other parts.
-
AIA Document B101 – Standard Form of Agreement Between Owner and Architect: This contract outlines the responsibilities and scope of services provided by the architect to the owner.
-
AIA Document C401 – Standard Form of Agreement Between Architect and Consultant: This agreement details the relationship and obligations between the architect and their consultants.
-
AIA Document A101 – Standard Form of Agreement Between Owner and Contractor: This document specifies the terms under which the owner and contractor agree to construct the project.
-
AIA Document A201 – General Conditions of the Contract for Construction: This comprehensive document sets forth the rights, responsibilities, and relationships among the owner, contractor, and architect during the construction phase.
Equal important of the contract is to practice questions, so read the contracts once, then practice questions regarding the contracts and read specific information if you have doubt.

Hussein,
If you're going to be just like everyone else, then follow the heard. if you want to be a great architect, then study it all! Carve your own path to greatness. Don't be just like everyone else. You won't learn anything by short changing your way to licensure. There are many licensed and many won't practice.
