NCARB Refine, for the sake of a fair evaluation

In question 49 of your exam, I detected the problem at first glance, in less than two seconds, however, facing doubts about the element indicated in the drawing and the call sign, I opted for the second option, thinking that the piece was too large and the exam would not take into account if I moved away from the right area.

For the sake of a fair evaluation of the knowledge implied, in these cases it would be useful  to take into consideration that this causes confusion. Offer both options as correct, eliminate the signs or remove them from the drawing area and indicate that we should mark IN THE DRAWING.
