PASS all 6 ARE , sharing my experience. now what is next?
"I’ve just completed all my exams, though I did fail PPD twice and PDD once along the way. After trying multiple resources, I found that a combination of Amber Book and AREquestions provided the most effective preparation I did not use the mentioned resourses before failing my exams. I also used resources like Black Spectacles, PPI, and Architect Exam Prep, which each have their pros and cons, but focusing on Amber Book and AREquestions proved to be the most efficient approach. Amber Book stands out as by far the most accurate and reliable resource, covering essential exam content thoroughly. AREquestions complements it well by guiding you to book references, and detailed explanations especially for complex code questions similar to those in the study cases. For supplemental reading, I’d suggest ‘Building Construction Illustrated,’ ‘Site Planning and Design,’ ‘Architect’s Studio Companion,’ and selective graphics from MEEB (likely less than 5%), plus ‘Heating, Cooling, and Lighting.’ What are my next steps to receive my NCARB certificate and obtain my Ohio license?"
