Florida DBPR License Review Time
Hi All,
I recently passed all exams. NCARB promptly sent my record to Florida (my AXP jurisdiction). The state of Florida has had my record for three weeks and is pending review to finalize my license. They will not tell me how long it will take. Has anyone recently acquired licensure in Florida? How long did it take for them to review? Thanks!

Hi,
I am also from Florida! I got a "likely pass" as a provisional feedback for my last exam and waiting for the official result now, how long does it take for NCARB to send them the info? Did you have to do an application to DBPR? I am lost on the next steps so if you could give me some guidance that would be a great help.
Thanks!

Hi Patricia,
Congrats on your pass.
After I got the official result from NCARB it only took them two or three days to automatically send my record to Florida DBPR. I received email confirmation of that.
Yes, I created an account with DBPR and filled out an application and paid an app. fee for architect with initial licensure by examination. You will get an application number and your account will have an "open" status. You'll be able to log into your account and check the status of the review.
