ARE 5.0 Case Studies: Highlighting & Zoom Adjustments

I’ve noticed a couple of usability issues in the ARE 5.0 case study sections that impact my exam experience, and I’m hoping for insights or potential solutions.

1. Highlighting in Case Studies: When reviewing case studies, I highlight essential information in the scenario to help navigate between questions. Unfortunately, any highlights made in the scenario is lost when you move on to the next question, which disrupts my workflow and forces me to re-highlight key points repeatedly. A feature that preserves these highlights across questions would significantly improve usability.

2. Default Font Zoom in Case Study Resources: Case study resources consistently open at a high zoom level (200-300%), requiring manual adjustment down to a more readable 100-150% size each time. Adjusting this repeatedly takes time and interrupts focus. If a user-selected default could be set, it would make reading and referencing materials much smoother.
