ERROR MESSAGE NCARB PRACTICE EXAM

hi i am having the same issue as this previous comment:

" I've tried accessing the practice exam dashboard with the links under both the OVERIVIEW and EXAMS tab of my account. I just get an Error page, with no other explanation. 

Not sure if this is happening to others; my colleague seems to be able to access the practice exams just fine.

I've successfully done the ARE Demonstration Exam with no issues; just seems to be an issue with the division-specific exams. 

Yes, I've tried using different browsers and even on a different computer. This may be specific to my account. I've written to NCARB and waiting to hear back. 

Any advice? "

 

my exam is in 2 months so any expediting would be appreciated

  Maybe clearing your cache and cookies?

  Hi Angela, 

  I am having exactly the same issue as yours with the error page when trying to do the practice exam of seperate divisions. 

  Have you already slove the problem?  Do you mind to share the ways of solving them?
