What is the difference between Ownership of Instrument of Services and Copyright?

  Hi Gisele,

  The difference between the two is that one doesn't expire, which is written in with a governing agency with no expiration date.  copyright protects the original works of a project.  Ownership has an expiration date that needs renewal, new contract potentially, and new fee negotiation, where applicable.
