    Hi Trevor Mitchell,

It is important to note that the question is asking specifically about the interior elevation drawings

Interior elevations are intended to depict vertical elements, illustrate relationships of materials/systems, and indicate information criteria (The Architect's Handbook of Professional Practice, 15th edition - page 681). In reference to interior elevations of a restroom, they typically include toilet partitions (compartments), plumbing fixtures, built-in components, restroom accessories (i.e. grab bars, mirrors, etc.), and finishes.

The new vestibule walls would essentially provide the "backdrop" to the interior elevations, but it is not something that would be specified on this particular drawing type.

While section 05 40 00 will likely be included in the Project Manual for this scenario, it would not be noted on the interior elevations.

    Hope this helps. Happy studying!

Thank you so much I missed that little bit about the interior elevations, makes sense, love a purposely misleading question!

No problem, Trevor! I hear you - these questions can be very tricky and knowing what is actually being asked is half the battle. However, it sounds like you know your stuff and are asking the right questions, so you are already in great shape.

    Good luck!
