I have a question in terms of trouble resolving.

Who would be responsible to resolve the issue of ductworks and lighting fixtures that do not fit because the steel joist beam is bigger than anticipated right before CD submission?

I know the "Architect" has to take responsibility in terms of coordination. However, I'm unclear who takes the responsibility of resolving in this case.

  It is the architect’s job to coordinate and get all consultants to work together to resolve this issue.
