ARE Practice Exams Down (Maybe just for my account?)

I've tried accessing the practice exam dashboard with the links under both the OVERIVIEW and EXAMS tab of my account. I just get an Error page, with no other explanation. 

Not sure if this is happening to others; my colleague seems to be able to access the practice exams just fine.

I've successfully done the ARE Demonstration Exam with no issues; just seems to be an issue with the division-specific exams. 

Yes, I've tried using different browsers and even on a different computer. This may be specific to my account. I've written to NCARB and waiting to hear back. 

Any advice?

  NCARB looked into this and there is indeed a technical issue. We'll follow up with our testing partner.
