No Results after 7-10 Days

I am wondering what I should do if exam results are taking longer than 7-10 days. I did email NCARB on day 12 and was informed that I would have results the next day. It is now day 18 and my second email has gone un-answered for a few days and still no test results.

  Hi, does this mean other people should expect a delay for their exam results as well?
