PSI needs to educate their employees.

I recently went to PSI. I brought study material in the waiting room. The check in person told me I am not allowed to bring that in, it's in the PSI Test Center Candidate Security Agreement. I told him I was able to bring it in before the exam. He sternly said, "No, read the agreement." He made me feel like a criminal and a cheater. The stress of these tests is enough and I don't appreciate the rude attitude. I was so upset, I didn't take a break, that would be time I would go over notes. If this happens to you, tell them they are wrong. 

From NCARB, " you can bring reference material to the testing center, according to ARE guidelines pg 22."

  I also haven't had the best experience at the PSI testing centers, but typically don't bring materials in to the test center. I'm not sure you can reference them mid-test/during the break though, can you? Still sorry to hear this happened to you!
