PA failed

You're merely missing giving yourself grace. Be gentle to yourself. If you have other exams to complete, take a few of those before going back to PA. A lot of the content overlaps one another in a unique way. Consider PA the Pre-Design and Schematic Design phase of a project, or when you're first starting a college/university studio project. Recall what resources you use for the beginning, and practice utilizing them. You only fail if you give up, otherwise non-passed exams are merely expensive practice tests. Keep going, you got this! :)

Hang in there. PA is a very difficult exam. Don't give up hope. I've struggled with this last exam 9 times already. I'll be taking it again (10th attempt) this Thursday. We're all too close to give up, so hang in there. Time has ALWAYS been the killer for me - not enough time given for this exam.

On the subject of receiving test scores, your exam dashboard in NCARB will give you a pass or fail a day or two before they send out an email. Keep the tab open on your laptop and refresh the page every couple of hours the next day until it shows up. For my PjM it showed "Passed" the following morning, but I didn't get the email until 4 days later.
