Experience of Testing at PSI center
Hi,
I scheduled an in person exam on last Friday and due to a technical issue they couldn't launch my exam. It was such a terrible experience. NCARB should stand for us and make PSI accountable for these incidences. Since PSI taken over this is the second time my exam got canceled due to a technical issue. Why should we pay such $235 for this level of service? I had to take an unpaid leave go to the center only to find out that I need to take another unpaid leave to take the same exam. Why should I pay for THEIR FAULT?

NCARB will provide you a seat credit to reschedule this exam due to the technical issue you experienced. Unfortunately, it's impossible to prevent all technical issues, as it's a computer-based exam. Please reach out to NCARB's customer service if you have not yet followed up. 202-879-0520.
