    NCARB will provide you a seat credit to reschedule this exam due to the technical issue you experienced. Unfortunately, it's impossible to prevent all technical issues, as it's a computer-based exam. Please reach out to NCARB's customer service if you have not yet followed up. 202-879-0520.

    Technical issues are the new norm. Since June 2023 I have scheduled 5 exams and faced technical issues 2 times. Who is responsible for the time I lost on those 2 days and the amount of stress I had face? Why should I pay for these technical issues with my time?

    The same thing happened to me last Friday too. I share your frustration and stress. 

    Never had this happen with Prometric.

    So sorry to hear that. I am hoping NCARB will make PSI accountable for these issues and not reacting as if it's totally normal to have these many technical issues.

    I agree. It's not right we are not reimbursed the time we have to take and the gas miles we have to spend. NCARB is not doing enough to take care of us. We spend annual fees to NCARB to help us and they are not.
