NCARB Customer Service
Hello,
I had an exam schedule for this morning and showed up to the site and was unable to take the exam due to Test Center issues. I have been trying to contact the Customer Service line for NCARB (which says it's open from 9-5 M-F) but have been sent to Voicemail every time.
I am not sure why I am unable to contact NCARB as this was a NCARB and Test Center issue. I am trying to take this exam, but now am unable to reschedule without NCARB's assistance but they are unreachable.
Please advise.
