I-1 Condition 1 vs I-1 Condition 2

Reading about occupancy classifications, a little confused on I-1 Condition 1 vs Condition 2? i understand that: 

-Condition 1 is

• alarmed exit
• unassisted response to emergency situation

-Condition 2 is

• Alarmed exit + sprinkler + story limit
• assisted staff response
• Condition 2 also include smoke detection and barriers

would love any other information that people can share to help me grasp this, thanks in advance!
