Treatments to Historic Structures

I think it's the 3rd or 4rth exam that I'm studying the (4) treatment measures for historic structures (preservation, restoration, reconstruction, and rehabilitation). One would think that I would have them down by now but it's so hard for me to memorize. Does anyone have a tactic to remember these (4) measures and what they mean? Thank you.

  I have a tip for restoration-remember when you want to wipe your phone and "restore the system to factory settings"? In restoration, you can remove/alter materials from other historical periods. It sounds silly, but it helps me remember.
