ADA ramp, top & bottom landing counted or if, if not specified

Hi, I got a question in the NCARB practice exam regarding the total ramp length. The mock exam specified that the top&bottom landings are not counted, so it is an easy math question.

However, I got a similar question somewhere else and the question didn't specify to exclude for top&bottom landing, should we account for that bonus 10 feet as the definition of the ADA ramp length? It was a really tricky question for me at the time when I did it, and I didn't don't know if I got that one correct.

From my understanding unless it specifically tells you not to count the top and bottom landings(which are required for an ADA ramp) then you should count them in the total ramp length.
