Is NCRAB going to support and protect us, Architects/ Architect pursuers title from others? There are so many tech company's list their positions/ jobs under Architect position that has nothing to do with architecture. So if they are free to use our title why can't we? Why Ncarb goal is to protect us from us and doing nothing except  making licensing harder, non-reachable and expensive for us instead of stand for us and do something about it. It is so disappointing and discouraging when I learned, other countries like UK (Since 1997) has laws for protect "Architect" tile and all NCRAB does is to make sure a un-licensed Architect do not call itself Architect!

  Because no one is going to confuse a software architect for being an architect. There is no crossover between the professions. The word engineer is often used loosely too.
