"Low Bandwidth" Issues

Has anyone else had "low bandwith" error message when using the Online Proctoring? It kept showing up for me and kicking me out before i could speak to a proctor. After talking to technical support for an hour and having them adjust my setting including using my personal phone hotspot the issue could not be fixed.

I dont really know what i should fix since PSI said my set up was fine, and they couldnt tell me what else I could do other than going to a testing center. Online proctoring is extremely helpful for my situation and i'm at a loss as to what I can do to fix it.
