PSI Testing Issue

I just lost 3 hours of my time that I will never get back. Is PSI going to pay my office 3 hours of my lost wages? I sure hope so! I sat there and sat there and sat there only for the testing center to tell me that the test won't work. I am supposed to call with a ticket number, tomorrow, to reschedule. This is mostly just me venting my frustration, but that sucked.
