Constructability Review
When should an architect recommend a Constructability Review? During which phase would be the most helpful to examine if a structure is buildable and if there are better ways to build it?
I am guessing DD or CD, DD once you have a good understanding of what materials you will use/spec and CD because you have been working through the exact detail of constriction and have things to share and get advice on.

I don't know what the ARE "book" answer is, but in my experience it's as needed and dependent on the project conditions (e.g. really tight urban site where you might be limited on steel sizes & weight or similar). It could be SD as well when you're making decisions on structural systems.
