PSI Canceling my exam for the second time!

this is the second time that PSI is canceling my exam less than 2 weeks before my exam. every time I have to make preparations and plan changes to fit the exam within my study schedule and work and life. last time they didn't have availability until next few weeks and i just got an email that my exam is canceled again! 

the PSI test centers in MA are pretty low quality both physical space and technology. so I don't know if they are in the process of updating and the cancelation will continue or is this an instance. 

is there any follow up by NCARB to figure out what is going on?
