Added scope during CD
What should you do if the owner adds to the scope of work at the end of the CD phase about a week before the CDs are due? Example if they request that a fireplace be added to the design.
Should you list this as an allowance, alternative or unit price so the bidders can include in there bids even if the architect does not have time to fully detail out the changes?
Also when should you use these three concepts?
