Proctor not responding during room scan
This happened to me during my PDD exam security check, it happened twice. After they asked me to show the entire table and the underside of the table, I did, and they never respond me. I called the support line first time experiencing this and they said the proctor got into another computer that’s why not responding, ridiculous. The second time this happened again, I just don’t bother call technical support so I closed the browser and tried again. Finally, the third time, some responsible proctor helped me through the process. Very frustrating.
