Initial Decision Maker - Is this considered a basic or additional service per AIA B101?

There's a question on a practice exam that says that if the architect is acting as the IDM that is considered an additional service but that is not shown on the additional services chart in AIA B101?

  I know this is an old question but it’s only an additional service when the architect is assisting a third party IDM. As noted on page 722 of AHPP.
