Phoenix Testing Center

Hi, I have scheduled 5 exams for this Monday-Friday. Today (Monday), I walked into the exam center and was immediately told the computers were down. My test appt time started at 8:30. Around 10, I finally left. The proctor said that they would submit a technical issues report to PSI and it would “go from there”. What if the testing center is not up and running again tomorrow? I have 4 more exams scheduled at the same location, 4 days in a row. I doubt there is any way to get an answer on this before my next attempt tomorrow but I want to at least put it out there. I don’t have the money to simply cancel/reschedule my exams at the testing center in Tempe. Is there anything further I can do to ensure I a) get my money back for the exam that didn’t happen today, and b) confirm the testing center is actually open/operating tomorrow? Thank you!
