What are the best locations for a building for each climate zone? Example: Which location should a building be located in Florida vs North Dakota?

- What factors should you loot at?

  In my opinion,

   

  Location 1 and 3 are for Florida. Hot and humid, need ventilation and stay away from water.

  Location 2 is for North Dakota: cool wind from the lake in summer.
