Has anyone ever performed a code analysis for your projects at work?
Does anyone have any tools, videos, or tips on performing code analysis on projects? I'm sure this is a part of the exam process but I'm trying to merge work experience with the exam. Our firm has a code analysis template for our code sheets and then we edit it as needed per projects. Is this typical at all firms?

A code analysis template might not be "typical" but many firms create and tailor code templates to help expedite the code analysis process. It can also be helpful to include "lessons learned" information into the template to avoid similar scenarios in future projects. If a firm does a lot of work in certain jurisdictions, you will find that Architects begin to organize and explain their code analysis work in their drawings in a format tailored for the jurisdiction doing the building permit review.
Here are a few websites I have bookmarked and use from time to time.
