MEP consultant's mistake

During construction, MEP consultant's drawing was found wrong.

For new construction fee incurred to fix it on site for GC and new design fees incurred to fix it for Architect, who is responsible for the cost?

I think MEP consultants are responsible but first GC would invoice owner and owner would invoice fixing fee from architect. And then architect require mep consultant to pay for it and mep consultant's insurance pays for the fee?
