PA likely pass - thoughts – ARE 5.0 Community

This is my 4th exam in a row from Pcm, Pjm, Ce and now PA all pass in 1 take.

For PA, I've encountered questions in the following area:

There were many zoning and programming questions. Do expect to see about 5-8 questions on dropping the buildings on the given site, arranging interior layout, placing buildings to suit certain climate condition or wind direction. About 3-4 questions on the ADA and historical stuff. And about 1-2 questions on IBC code on fire, egress and related. Be careful in reading the area whether in Net Sqft or Gross Sqft in some calculations.

- Amber book (everything), Black Spectacle (exam only), and Ballast (reading only)

- Elif's PA exams (optional, if you need to practice on drag and drop adjacency programs)

what do you think about the difference between Amberbook and Black Spectacle exam part. I feel BS questions are far tough.

Agree. I used amber just to study. I highly recommend watching videos and flashcards. BS questions, in terms of content and interface wise, are closer to a realistic mock exams. They are both good in their own ways.
