Still haven't been able to reschedule

I was scheduled to take PjM last Tuesday, and we got like the biggest storm of the century Monday night. When I arrived at PSI, they had power but couldn't get the internet to work. I sat there with my fingers crossed with the handful of other folks in the waiting room only to be told about 45 minutes later that we would have to reschedule our exams. The worker said it usually takes 48 hours for them to send a report and that we shouldn't try to reschedule before Friday. I currently have yet to see an email or my seat credit reflected on my NCARB account. 

I looked on the schedule just to see what the calendar was like, and there's not an opening until October. Coming off my first exam pass in July, I was feeling so good about PjM and excited to keep the momentum up. Now I'm planning on switching gears to focus on my NCIDQ exams and putting PjM on the backburner until after October.

I've heard many people complain about PSI on this forum and in my personal life, but it seems like a lot of this could be avoided with technology more appropriate for this century.
